Please do not place or leave trash bags of lawn clippings at the curb during the week or over the weekend. Remember, these bags should be placed out on regular trash service days (Mondays and Thursdays). If these bags are left at the curb by your landscaper, it is your responsibility to remove them until trash day.

Attention Homeowners! Please remove ALL Garage Sale Signs from the subdivision immediately following the conclusion of your sale. Garage sale signs have been left up for months after the sale. With the start of the spring season, numerous garage sales will be held.

If the signs are not removed after the sale, in the future, they will be removed as soon as they are placed throughout the subdivision. Also, please do not place HOME MADE garage sale signs in the subdivision. Garage sale signs can be purchased at any hardware store or dollar stores. Also, please remove garage sale signs immediately following your event. Homeowner’s will be assessed a $25 fee if the signs are not removed within 24 hours of your event. There has been a large number of loose dogs in the neighborhood during the day time hours. Please make sure your pet is secured. There is a leash law in Harris County, and a citation can be issued to the pets owners.
