It’s pool registration time! Please fill out the registration form here and bring it with you to registration. You must register all persons on this form regardless of age. You can register at the pool on any of the following three days:

Saturday       May 8        1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday         May 15      1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday       May 22      1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

After Saturday, May 22nd registration will be processed at the management company’s office.

General Registration Requirements
All homeowner’s assessment fees must be paid in full in order to register for the pool.
At pool registration, we will take cashier’s checks or money orders only for delinquent
homeowners dues.

Please note: if you are a renter, check with your landlord to see if the owner has paid their dues, we are unable to issue pool passes to any ADDRESS that is delinquent on their dues.

All persons regardless of age must be registered to use the pool. Children under the age of 12 (regardless of swimming ability) will have their names listed on the pool application. Any child must be accompanied by someone (age 18 or older) while inside the pool gate.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE !!

All persons 12 years and older as of May 1, 2010 (born on or before May 1, 1998) must have a valid 2010 photo ID pool pass to use the pool without adult supervision. Proof of age will be required at registration for all children under 12 years old who wish to be issued a photo ID pool pass.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE !!

Cranbrook residents who have not registered for the 2010 pool season are not to be considered guests, nor are they eligible for a Vacation Pass. Children turning 12 during the summer can be issued a photo ID pool pass any time after their 12th birthday by calling High Sierra Management at (281) 391-7914. PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED.

The 2010 pool passes will be the responsibility of each person.
Lost passes will be replaced at a cost of $20 each.
